Arthur de Paula is a partner at Candido Martins Cukier and practices in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law, Business Law, and M&A.

His professional experience includes working at some of the largest law firms in Brazil. He has been actively involved in arbitrations, shareholder disputes, and high-profile M&A transactions with nationwide impact.

Arthur is the author of several articles and book chapters focused on dispute resolution and corporate law. He is also the author of the book “Irregularities in Capital Increases of Corporations: Perspectives from Courts and the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM)”, published by Quartier Latin.
