Maria Eugênia works in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and contract law. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions across various sectors of the economy, working on structuring, negotiation, and contract drafting, as well as conducting due diligence, in addition to advising domestic and foreign clients on corporate matters and commercial agreements.

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).

Postgraduate degree in Corporate Law (Direito Empresarial) from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
