A new law instituted last year the Football Joint Stock Company, a first step to transform the administration and management of clubs. Our lawyer, Felipe Lebovits Barreto, comments on these changes in an article published in the Consultor Jurídico magazine (ConJur).

“Without a doubt, the new law will bring a breath of fresh air to Brazilian clubs, which, in view of the chaotic financial situation they are going through, will now see the ball on the penalty spot as a sure goal,” he says.
