Candido Martins Advogados advised Comfrio – Inteligência em Soluções Logísticas (through its controlling company, Agro Improvement Participações S.A.) on a capital stock increase of up to R$ 140.000.000,00, through the issuance of 140.000.000 new shares for private subscription, of which R$100.000.000,00 has already been subscribed by the current shareholders of the company.
