THE LATIN AMERICAN LAWYER has announced the arrival of our new partner, Raphael Pires. Raphael, who has been with the firm since 2018, works in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt issuance and restructuring, and estate and succession planning at Candido Martins.

To add to the team, we also welcomed senior lawyer Arthur de Paula. Arthur has a solid track record in complex business law matters, with an emphasis on corporate and M&A transactions, as well as a special focus on litigation involving mergers and acquisitions and the implementation of corporate governance structures.
