Today (Thursday 28/11), the São Paulo Association of Tax Studies (Apet) will launch the book Succession Planning: Family, Succession and Taxation, in which our lawyers Thiago Braga and Igor Ferreira are co-authors.

Our lawyers participated in the book with the article entitled ‘The Taxation of the Mark-to-Market of Financial Assets Classified by the VJORA Method in the Context of the Update of Controlled Entities Abroad Provided for in Law 14.754/2023’.

The event takes place at the Mercure Hotel SP Paulista, starting at 6pm.
