The Candido Martins book club has already existed for 10 years. The initiative involves the whole team of our office and seeks to analyze non-legal works, such as novels, classics of international literature and also Brazilian authors.

In the article in Valor Econômico, partner Henrique Martins explains that, besides stimulating cultural enrichment, the club works as a tool for team integration and develops a more empathetic work environment.
