Yesterday was the launching and autograph night of the book “New Directions for the Tax Process”, which has an article authored by our lawyer Maria Paula Carvalho Molinar. She wrote a chapter entitled “Brief Analysis on the (Im) possibility of Suspending the Requirement of Tax Credit Without Presentation of Guarantee”.
