Bill 4.173/23 unified proposals that dealt with the issue. According to Alamy, the extinction of the Interest on Own Capital (JCP) mechanism was not included in the Bill and will require further debate, especially as it has an impact on the real economy. “The taxation of funds affects a smaller number of taxpayers,” he says.
