Outside the office, some of the most lasting professional connections are built far from meetings and corporate badges, through personal interests that become genuine points of connection.
That is the case for Alamy Candido, our founding partner, for whom cycling is an extension of an athletic discipline that dates back to childhood, when he practiced swimming.
Cycling since 1999, he has covered thousands of kilometers in endurance races around the world, including a 420 km crossing of the French Alps, and has taken part in the Tour de France seven times.
“Cycling has also created space for relationships that go beyond the meeting room. Clients have become riding partners, friends and, in some cases, lasting professional connections,” says Alamy.
