Vinicius is a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practices.

He advises clients across a range of industries on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings. His work includes coordinating due diligence processes, advising on the negotiation and execution of transaction documents, and addressing the corporate and contractual aspects of transactions. He also coordinates the various legal matters involved in implementing transactions.
