At the sixth edition of CMC Women in 2026, we welcomed Danubia Costa, a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Team Brazilian Roots and a South American Brazilian Champion, to our office for a hands-on session on women’s self-defense.

It was an engaging and practical gathering, where participants learned situational awareness techniques and self-defense strategies aimed at promoting women’s safety and confidence.
