Henrique Martins, our partner here at Candido Martins Advogados, gave an interview to Legislação & Mercados about aspects of the current consolidation of some sectors in the country.

The lawyer told how the economic consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic, which ravaged the world, also resulted in the strengthening of companies that took resolutive measures in anticipation of the problem.

“There are large groups, such as Rede D’Or São Luiz, Grupo NotreDame Intermédica, Dasa, and others, with a lot of cash and competing for assets in the consolidation,” he said.
