Our partner Alamy Candido talked to newspaper Extra and magazine Consultor Jurídico (ConJur) about converting the Legal Taxpayer’s MP into law. The new law overturns the so-called quality vote of the Treasury on Carf. In the event of a tie in the ruling of an administrative proceeding, the claim will be resolved in favor of the taxpayer.
