Tatiana Del Giudice Cappa Chiaradia followed debates promoted by Escola Paulista da Magistratura on tax litigation issues, which was coordinated by the judge of the court of appeal  Luciana Almeida Prado Bresciani and Deputy Judge Ricardo Cunha Chimenti, with support from the Public Law Support Center, São Paulo Lawyers Institute – IASP and State and Municipal Attorney’s Offices.

The matter discussed was: “The incidence of ICMS or ISSQN on Streaming and New Technologies.” The meeting brings institutions together to discuss solutions to common problems, given the large number of demands in the tax area.
