Our partner Raphael Pires took part in an article published in ESTADÃO’s Broadcast (MBI) column, which discussed changes to the Usury Law and the possible impacts on access to credit for small and medium-sized companies.

“These changes should greatly affect the market in the long term, especially by giving access to credit to companies that have higher risk and limited access to traditional credit lines and the capital markets,” says the expert.
