Tatiana Chiaradia participated in an interview by Legislação & Mercados regarding the modification of the Bankruptcy Law, which came into force in January. One of the changes is that the Tax Authorities can now plead for the bankruptcy of a company in cases of non-compliance with installments of taxes or liquidation of assets. The measure is called by the lawyers “superpower” conferred to the Public Treasury.
