With the pandemic, Carf adopted the model of virtual sessions, but only for cases up to R$ 12 million. In 2021, the goal is to reduce the volume of high-value cases queued up.

In an interview with Legislação & Mercados, partner Tatiana Chiaradia comments that an alternative, after the resumption of in-person sessions, is the adoption of a mixed system of trials (virtual sessions for cases of up to R$12 million and in-person sessions for higher value trials).
