At our eighth CM Women meeting, we welcomed Raquel Moraes, a psychologist with experience in people management, to our office to discuss the topic of Emotional Intelligence. An in-depth conversation about the importance of self-knowledge, emotional control, self-motivation, empathy and social skills as pillars for developing this challenge.
