Last week, Dasa and Amil joined forces and announced the creation of a new company, Ímpar. The aim is to integrate their hospital and oncology operations. Our partner in the corporate area, Mateus Lopes da Silva Leite, contributed an article on the subject for the new edition of ISTOÉ Dinheiro magazine.

In his opinion, this operation reinforces the market’s bet on verticalization between operators and medical service providers. “The question to be answered is: how will the independent players react, who will now be competing with yet another verticalized network, at a time of pressure in the health sector?”
