Tatiana Del Giudice Cappa Chiaradia partner at Candido Martins, talks about the PEC of the Precatórios in the article in Seu Dinheiro. The proposal provides for the payment in installments of the Union’s debts.
 
Among other changes, Tatiana says that with the PEC, the value of the precatórios will be adjusted by the Selic rate instead of the IPCA.
