In an article by CNN Brasil, our partner Tatiana Del Giudice Cappa Chiaradia, comments on the proposal to reopen the Special Program for Tax Regularization (PERT), known as Refis. 
 
Facing the effects of the pandemic, the program increases the deadline and offers discounts for companies that have debts with the Union. In Tatiana’s opinion, few companies will be able to join PERT, since the text approved by the Senate provides more stringent requirements for granting discounts.
